Hello! I'm Mike O’Hora, a seasoned Talent Development Executive with over two decades of experience in fostering growth and unlocking potential within diverse industries. In the Marine Corps, we gave 100% of our time and budget to train for something that we hoped never happened. My goal is to help you and your organization train for things that happen every single day (leading others, selling and communicating). The name Semper Mind, translates as “Always Thinking” - thinking about how to improve, to grow and to move forward.

My career journey through the dynamic landscapes of logistics, wholesale construction, information management and commercial real estate has equipped me with a unique blend of skills and insights, enabling me to tailor innovative development strategies that drive both individual and organizational success.
